At Unique Smoke Shop, we are committed to providing fast, reliable, and discreet shipping for all of our customers. Please review our Shipping Policy before placing an order.

Discreet Packaging

We value your privacy. All orders are shipped in discreet packaging using plain white or brown boxes. The exterior of the package will not identify its contents. Only the shipping label and, in some cases, our business name may appear on the outside of the package.

Shipping Rates

USPS Ground Advantage: FREE on U.S. orders of $35.00 or more. Orders under $35.00 ship for a flat rate of $5.99.

USPS Priority Mail: $14.95

USPS Priority Mail Express: $38.95

Buyer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Please carefully review your shipping information before submitting your order.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, refusal of delivery, or because it was unclaimed, the customer is responsible for any applicable return shipping charges and a $5.99 reshipping fee before the order can be shipped again.

Order Processing

  • Orders placed before 11:00 AM Eastern Time (ET) on business days are generally shipped the same day.

  • Orders placed after 11:00 AM ET, on weekends, or on holidays will be processed and shipped on the next business day.

  • During holidays, promotions, or periods of unusually high order volume, processing may take 1–2 additional business days.

Signature Requirement

To help protect against lost or stolen deliveries, we reserve the right to require a signature upon delivery for any order. Orders valued at over $75 will generally require a signature.

Free Standard Shipping

  • Estimated delivery: 2–5 business days

  • Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Priority Mail

  • Estimated delivery: 1–3 business days

  • Delivery dates are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

Priority Mail Express

  • Estimated delivery: 1–2 business days

  • Delivery-date guarantees, when offered by the shipping carrier, are subject to the carrier's terms and conditions.

International Shipping

Estimated delivery is typically 7–14 business days, depending on the destination, customs processing, and the shipping service selected.

International delivery estimates are not guaranteed.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a shipment has been marked as Delivered by the shipping carrier, responsibility for the package transfers to the recipient.

If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please:

  • Check around your delivery location.

  • Verify the shipping address provided with your order.

  • Contact the shipping carrier.

  • Contact us at sales@uniquesmokeshop.com if you need assistance with the carrier's investigation.

Unique Smoke Shop is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after they have been confirmed as delivered by the carrier.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your package immediately upon delivery.

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at sales@uniquesmokeshop.com.

Please include:

  • Your order number.

  • Photos of the damaged or incorrect item.

  • Photos of the shipping box and packaging.

Do not submit a return request for damaged or incorrect items. After reviewing your claim, we will determine whether a replacement or refund is appropriate and provide further instructions if necessary.

International Shipping Disclaimer

Unique Smoke Shop ships internationally; however, customers are responsible for ensuring that the products they purchase may legally be imported into their country.

Import laws vary by country and may change without notice.

Examples include:

  • Australia: Certain smoking accessories, including some glass pipes, may be prohibited imports and may be seized by Australian Customs.

  • Canada: Certain provinces may have additional restrictions. Customs inspections may delay delivery.

  • United Kingdom: Products that violate local import regulations may be refused or seized by customs authorities.

  • Other Countries: Customers are responsible for understanding and complying with all local import laws before placing an order.

Unique Smoke Shop is not responsible for shipments delayed, refused, returned, or confiscated by customs or other government agencies.

Customs Duties and Import Taxes

International customers are solely responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, VAT, GST, or other charges assessed by their country.

Shipping charges are non-refundable if an order is delayed, refused, returned, or confiscated by customs authorities.

Shipping Restrictions

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if shipment would violate applicable federal, state, local, or international laws or regulations.

We also reserve the right to refuse shipment to destinations where our products cannot legally be sold or delivered.
