We value your privacy. All orders are shipped in discreet packaging, using plain white or brown boxes. Only the shipping label will be on the package, and our logo may appear on the side. No identifying information about the contents of the package will be visible, ensuring your order arrives discreetly.

Shipping Information

Buyer Responsibility:
It is the buyer's responsibility to provide accurate shipping information at the time of purchase. Please carefully verify your shipping address before completing your order. Incorrect or incomplete addresses can cause delays or non-delivery.

  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or insufficient address, the buyer is responsible for any return-to-sender fees or additional charges for reshipping the order. Reshipping fees are $5.99.

Shipping Times and Speed

  • Orders placed before 11:00 AM EST will be shipped the same day.
  • Orders placed after 11:00 AM EST will be shipped on the next business day.
  • Processing delays may occur during holidays or special sales, in which case processing time may extend to 1-2 business days.

Signature Requirement

  • For orders over $75, a signature at delivery will be required to ensure secure receipt.

Estimated Delivery Times

North America:

  • Free Standard Shipping: Estimated arrival in 2-5 business days. (Note: This service is not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays in transit.)
  • Priority Mail: Estimated arrival in 1-3 business days. (This service is not guaranteed. Delays in transit are not eligible for a refund of shipping charges.)
  • Express Mail: Guaranteed delivery in 1-2 business days. If the package is not delivered within the promised timeframe, you are eligible for a refund on shipping charges. Please contact our customer service team for assistance.

International Shipping:

  • Estimated delivery in 7-14 business days, depending on the destination and shipping method chosen.

Please note: All delivery estimates are based on shipping method and are not guaranteed except for Express Mail services. Actual delivery times may vary based on the carrier and any unforeseen delays during transit or customs processing.

    •    Other International Destinations: Laws regarding smoking accessories and glass pipes vary widely by country. It is the customer’s responsibility to verify whether such products are legal to import. We are not liable for any items delayed, seized, or returned due to customs regulations in your country.

Customs & Import Liability

    •    Unique Smoke Shop is not liable for packages lost, delayed, or seized by customs.

    •    Shipping fees are non-refundable in the event of a customs seizure or return.
