Purchased 2 of the clear Pyrex pipes, within 2 mo. the bowl breaks.
I contacted customer service, who responded in two weeks, only to tell me that the bowl is not Pyrex.
WTF! Isn't that the part that is supposed to be Pyrex? No further response from CS. Needless to say
We will not be purchasing from this company again. Pretty sad!
