Purchased 2 of the clear Pyrex pipes, within 2 mo. the bowl breaks.
I contacted customer service, who responded in two weeks, only to tell me that the bowl is not Pyrex.
WTF! Isn't that the part that is supposed to be Pyrex? No further response from CS. Needless to say
We will not be purchasing from this company again. Pretty sad!

Hello, can you tell me the OD diameter of the stem on the 8-in jumbo oil burner two pack I know what the bulb is for the website just curious to see what the outer diameter of the stem is thank you
The stem (tube) on the 8-inch jumbo oil burner has an outer diameter of 16mm and is about 6.5 inches long. Hope that helps!
My order number was 11717. I had one arrive with a crack in it, but also I was wondering about what I read in a customer review about them not being Pyrex is this false or is it true. I know when they break the glasses about the thickness of a lightbulb glass so people have to be very careful when using these and after they cool off, put them back in their packaging material and keep them in the box they came in. That’s the only way I’ve been able to keep mine intact. Let me know what you think staff, OK hopefully I’ll hear from you soon.
Thank you for your message. All of our glass products are made from Pyrex glass. However, glass items should always be handled carefully to avoid damage.
If you receive any item that arrives damaged or cracked, please contact our customer support team with your order number and photos of the item so we can assist you with a replacement or solution.
Are you wholesale only?
Thank you for your question. No, we are not wholesale only. We sell to both individual customers and wholesale buyers.
