The service at the store is the best I've seen and dealt with i forever. The actual pipe itself has to much of a sharp bend it causing a hang up and it's hard to get to it to push inward. I guess that's the best way to put it. When it's clear it works awesome 👌 I have 1 stopped up gonna lose about 50.00 on it because I don't know any other way to get it out without running hot water down it. It is what it is. I don't want to break it but I kinda like the simple oil burner regular type ones myself. The twisty turn stuff just is a novelty to me. The simple ones that come with the pipe are the best ones in my opinion.
I ordered six of these and two were broken. They replaced them right away no questions asked. I order often from this shop and the service and products are superior.
