The first torch had a broken ignition. Both the person running the online chat and the sales manager were super responsive and had another in the mail the very next day. Great customer service.
Once I got the working torch, I absolutely loved it. The wider flame helps heat everything evenly and the flame adjustment actually adjusts the flame considerably unlike most torches where you barely notice a difference.
